Reservation Guarantee

  • Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book.
  • Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. Weekends and holidays may require a minimum stay.
  • Check-in 3 PM | Check-out 11 AM
  • You must be 18+ with parental authorization to book a room, 21+ requires no authorization.
  • For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • To cover incidentals, Leslie Hotel holds $150/day on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. There is a smoking fee of $250.00/room and $500/suite.

Cancellation Policy

We offer various rate options with different cancellation and deposit terms. Please refer to the deposit and cancellation terms of your desired accommodation when making a reservation.

Early Arrival / Late Departure

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? Our staff will do our very best to accommodate you — just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re room is ready. If you decide to leave early and shorten your stay, there is a one night plus tax charge for any changes to the reservation.

Pet Policy

We love pets too but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your four-legged friends. Have a service animal? Just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Rooms plus! All of the rooms at Leslie Hotel include Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels, access to the business center, gym, and rooftop pool and terrace. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available at request at the front desk.
